Refund Policy

1. All fees and commissions paid through khbrati website or third-party vendors are non-refundable.
2. Fees paid for services provided through khbrati website are refundable if the required services are not provided.
3. Refunds are done through the same original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuing bank.
4. In the event of conflicts, you will pay the dispute fee totaling AED 20. mesh must investigate this dispute and take action to resolve it amicably.
5. All of the above belongs to the operator mesh. DGHR Department has no role in this.
